The complimentary shuttle to ubud was very useful. It ran three times each day. the breakfast choices were plentiful. i even got gluten-free bread, great. The staff sourced it specially for me. the resort looked well kept, and cleanliness was evident everywhere.
the gym was quite small, and some equipment seemed a bit outdated.
